- **Event Description**: We're back with another novelty score course format for this week's OSS event: a 'Last Runner Standing' competition. The idea is that after a 15 minute grace period, you lose 10 points per minute that you’re out. You also gain 10 points per control as usual and the aim is to be the last person back while still having a positive number of points. As far as we're aware, this has never been done before, so come and join us to see how it works!

We'll be starting from The Oxford Retreat pub (briefing at 18:15, mass start at 18:30). We'd love to see you there!

This is the seventh event in a new series of MapRun orienteering events organised in a collaboration between the Oxford University Orienteering Club (OUOC) and Thames Valley Orienteering Club (TVOC).

Online entries only. Entries close at 14.00 on the day of the event!

These events are open to both experienced orienteers and newcomers wanting to try out the sport. The events are friendly and casual and will finish up with a chat in the pub afterwards. All you need is a phone, shoes you can run in and (ideally) a headtorch.
