In this Kellogg Conversation, Hans Schöpflin and his daughter Dr Lisl Schöpflin discuss candidly what passing the baton requires both professionally and personally, drawing on their experience transferring leadership across the Panta Rhea Foundation and Schöpflin Foundation.
