This course is for those who have completed a Hot26 style Yoga teacher training and currently teaching and keen for a refresh and those that have completed a Hot26 style training and have not taught or having a break from teaching and keen to get back into teaching.

In this course we will cover:

What makes the Hot26 the Hot26
The breathing exercises and postures included (as taught in the original Bikram Yoga class)
Timings for the 90 minutes and 60 minute classes
Ideal heat and humidity settings
Delivery styles and teaching techniques
Intro to modifications
How to develop and nurture your Hot26 community
At the end of the course you will receive a crib sheet, info sheets and a certificate
