Helene is a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society, as well as a Senior Associate Fellow at the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI).Ciaran MartinCiaran Martin is Professor of Practice in the Management of Public Organisations. Prior to joining the School, Ciaran was the founding Chief Executive of the National Cyber Security Centre, part of GCHQ. In September 2020 he was appointed Professor of Practice in the Management of Public Organisations at the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford.
