At The Folly, independence is simply how we’ve always done things.
We’re not part of a chain. We don’t follow a template. We cook what’s in season, work with people we know, and welcome guests as ourselves.
To mark the day, we’re hosting a special guided six course meal with wine pairing in our River Room with Executive Head Chef Daniel Richardson.

The All-Inclusive Experience(£99): 
-Welcome: Local craft beer on arrival.
-Taste: Multi-course seasonal tasting menu. 
-Pair: Expertly chosen wine pairings for every course. 
-To Finish: Coffee/ Tea from our local supplier Jericho Coffee Traders
