In my 20s, I left my desk job to retrain as a chef, before packing my bags to work in kitchens around the globe. Over the years, I’ve gathered recipes, culinary tips and kitchen shortcuts I love to share.As I reached my own middle age, I began noticing how my patterns of eating had significant (negative) affects on my digestion, energy levels, and even my mood.
