The courses we run help us to raise crucial untied funds to enable us to grow our work with the wider community such as our free to access Community Farming Sessions.For events under £15 or pay what you feel the ticket price is non-refundable but tickets can be transferred.For events over £15, we will refund you if you contact us 48 hours before the event to cancel. Please note that the Eventbrite fees are non-refundable (usually around 10%).In the exceptional circumstances where we need to cancel the event (staff sickness; extreme weather) then we will get in touch to ask if you would like a full refund including the Eventbrite fees or if you would be happy to donate your fee to charitable aims of the Farm.No dogs allowed on the Farm.Oxford City Farm is a smoke-free site.There is NO parking available inside the Farm.
