Fitness Coliseum and Foster Coffee Co are partnering up again to bring together our favorite things, Coffee & Fitness and Fall!

5k participants will start at Fitness Coliseum and run or walk their choice of a 5k or 1.5 mile loop along the beautiful Shiawassee River Trail. Open to kiddos, dogs & strollers!

Participants will all receive a long sleeve t-shirt, a coffee mug and a full cup of coffee or $1 of a specialty drink from Foster Coffee Co's mobile bar!

Stay a while! We have tables, chairs, bon fires and games set up so you can enjoy the fall weather and your drink post race!
