You Are Invited to a Special Exhibition!
Join us for a journey through the River Gallery at the Shiawassee Arts Center and explore the inspiring visual histories of eleven Shiawassee County nonprofits whose dedication and service have made a lasting impact on our community.
Through photographs, storyboards, memorabilia, and personal stories, each organization will share its history, mission, and the lives it has touched. This unique exhibition celebrates the power of purpose and the collective contributions of organizations working to strengthen our community.

Exhibition Dates: July 9 – August 29, 2026
Opening Reception: Thursday, July 9, 5-7 pm
Free and Open to the Public

Share Your Memories & Win Prizes

Visitors are invited to share written memories of any of our featured nonprofit
organizations. For each completed memory card submitted to the front desk,
you will receive one raffle ticket for a chance to win exciting prizes, including:
• Two tickets to Come From Away at the Lebowsky Center for the Performing Arts
• Two complimentary clay classes at the Shiawassee Arts Center
• University of Michigan gift basket from the Cook Family Foundation
• Free youth camp experience at the YMCA
• Gift basket from Durand Union Station
• Two complimentary North Pole Express tickets from the Steam Railroading Institute
