WHAT WE'LL EXPLORE TOGETHER:
• Why your boundaries feel impossible to hold (and how your nervous system is involved)
• The three types of nervous system boundaries—and which one you're living from right now
• How to feel your "no" in your body before it reaches your voice
• Somatic practices to restore your energetic boundaries
• Self-healing hand positions you can use at home when you're depleted

This isn't a lecture. It's an experience.

We'll move through gentle somatic practices that help your body release what it's been carrying. You'll learn how to channel healing energy through your own hands—no one "doing healing" on you. 

You'll be surrounded by women who understand without you having to explain.

And you'll walk away with tools you can use for the rest of your life.

Understanding how your body communicates boundaries—and why they've been so hard to hold.

7:00-7:25 PM | Somatic Practice: Embodied Boundary Exploration
Gentle movement practices to help you feel your boundaries in your body, not just your head.

7:25-7:55 PM | Guided Self-Healing Practice
Learn three hand positions to restore your energetic boundaries and practice them together.

7:55-8:20 PM | Community Processing
Hot Tea, cold water, snack, connection, and space to share what's emerging.

8:20-8:30 PM | Closing & Integration
Grounding, takeaways, and a blessing to carry with you.
You'll leave with a handout of the self-healing practices we used so you can continue this work at home.

ABOUT CODY:
I'm a Reiki Master Teacher with over 10 years of experience in energy healing, and I'm currently training in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy through The Embodiment Lab. I'm also the author of Healing Heart & Soul and Harness the Healing Powers of Chakras.
But here's what matters more than credentials: I know what it's like to carry too much. I understand the guilt of taking time for yourself. I know what it feels like when your body won't let you rest even when you're "off."
I created this circle because I needed it myself. And I've watched women change when they finally have permission to stop holding it all together.
