This Women's Healing Circle is a small, in-person gathering designed for women who want a quieter place to pause, learn, and reconnect with themselves.

You don't need to know anyone.

You don't need to have experience with Reiki or body-based practices.

You don't have to share your story.

You are always welcome to simply listen, participate at your own pace, or quietly take in the experience.

During our time together, we'll explore this month's theme in plain language, experience a gentle guided practice, and leave with something simple to carry into everyday life.

This month's theme is The Window of Tolerance: understanding why some days you can handle life's demands with ease, while other days even one more interruption feels like too much. 

Together we'll explore this in a practical, compassionate way that helps you better understand your own experience without judgment.

Every part of the circle is invitational. Your comfort, choice, and pace matter.
