Yin Yoga is a slow, deeply restorative practice that focuses on stillness, breath, and long held poses. Postures are mostly done seated or lying down, allowing the body to gently open while targeting connective tissues like joints, ligaments, and fascia.
At Align, Yin Yoga is an invitation to pause, soften, and slow the nervous system. This practice supports relaxation, flexibility, and mindful awareness, making it especially helpful for stress relief and emotional regulation. Props are encouraged and the emphasis is always on comfort, ease, and listening to your body.
This class is accessible to all levels and is a perfect midday reset. Step away from the noise, reconnect with yourself, and return to your day feeling grounded and supported.
