Cacao & Sacred Movement

Join Ash & Ericka for our monthly Cacao & Sound Ceremony. These ceremonies will be different from ones in the past. We will be offering a Cacao Ceremony, Sacred Sound- Chant/ Kirtan, Intuitive/ Somatic movement and end with a soothing Sound Bath. Most of us can hold stuck emotions or energy in our bodies including our heart and throat chakras. This ceremony allows you to explore your connection to your own sacred vibration, to use sound and mantra to get out of limiting beliefs, and share your voice through chanting, exploring your body and its roots through primal movement and opening the heart through cacao.
