The wait is over! Friday After 5, presented by Jagoe Homes, Owensboro’s award-winning free summer concert series, has officially unveiled its 2025 season lineup, and it’s jam-packed with talent that will light up the riverfront from May 16th through August 1st.
From hometown favorites to national touring acts, this season promises an unforgettable musical journey featuring everything from Southern Rock, Classic Rock, and Country to Pop Hits, Americana/Roots Music, Rhythm & Blues, Dance, and High-Energy Party Bands.

May 30, 2025 🥁 **BONEPONY** – High-octane Nashville roots rock. Bonepony is a long-time FAN-FAVORITE at Friday After 5. Rest up and prepare to STOMP the night away. Bonepony is a Nashville-based band with a sound uniquely their own. A healthy dose of electrified blues, soulful rock, and outlaw country is the main ingredient to what can only be described as a high-energy sound. Bonepony’s debut release was on Capitol Records in ‘95, and the band has since performed close to 4000 shows with acts like Bob Seger, ZZ Top, CSN&Y, Santana, and countless festivals and small venues headlining. In recent years, the band has performed on a dozen rock music festival cruises with Lynyrd Skynyrd, Brandi Carlile, and other major acts.

Friday After 5 kicks off on Friday, May 16, 2025, and runs through August 1, with performances spread across two stages along the beautiful Owensboro riverfront. In addition to the music, the season features The Kroger Street Fair with family activities, food trucks, and local vendors, as well as additional activities including a weekly petting zoo and other surprises. And of course, the highlight is always the signature Ohio River sunsets.
The Kroger Street Fair opens at 5:00 pm each night. Overlook Stage Entertainment occurs from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. The Main Stage Concerts run from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
