Join us for a special session held in the reflective space between Christmas and New Year’s. This ninety minute offering combines gentle movement, breath, and mindful connection to support release, renewal, and intention setting for the year ahead.
We will begin with grounding breathwork and beginner friendly restorative vinyasa asana for sixty minutes designed to help you unwind, reconnect to your body, and gently create space for new growth by releasing what you are ready to leave behind.
The yoga practice will be followed by a thirty minute recovery centered meeting that blends yoga philosophy with Twelve Step discussion, creating a safe, compassionate space for reflection, community, and shared healing.
This class is predominantly geared toward people in recovery from substances, behaviors, trauma, or life patterns, but is open and welcoming to all who seek grounding, clarity, and community at the end of the year.
