About the event

Run Your Guts Out 5K

In celebration of our 10 year anniversary in 2026, we have created Run Your Guts Out! It is a 5K and 1 mile fun run for Colon Cancer Awareness. 1st Annual Event will take place at Hampton Cove Greenways on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at 8am. Cost: $35 (5K) and $20 (Fun Run). Signups coming soon along with sponsorships. All proceeds will go to fight Colon Cancer Research!
