Buddhist psychology and philosophy have been in use for thousands of years. People across the world – Buddhist or not – have found them to be applicable to their lives, improving their relationships to those close to them as well as to society in general. The methods and techniques are applicable to every aspect of the human condition, including happiness and meaning, as well as trauma and strong emotional states, such as anxiety. Theodore will discuss how these teachings can be applied in our own lives, amidst all of today’s profound challenges.
