The evening will continue with works by two Composers with local connections:  Aurora Rising for Orchestra by Scott Irvine former principal tuba of the COC who resides in Owen Sound; Huronia Suite composed by former Bruce County resident Steve Sauder explores the changing moods of the Lake Huron shoreline through the seasons. All the repertoire is related to its cultural origin. GBS will celebrate the first concert of the 50+1 season by looking for our cultural roots.Bring non-perishable food items and join the symphony and our partner BDO "Drive Away Hunger"
