Walking the Grief Journey: Healing through Togetherness and Worship
Grief is not limited to experiencing a death of a friend or loved one. Grief is experienced with any loss. These life transitions can evoke feelings of profound loss, distress, anger, depression, guilt, pain, numbness. The grief journey takes us through an array of emotions that may change often, depending on the hour or the day, or the season. It’s important to remember that your feelings aren’t strange, right or wrong, good or bad. There are is no "right" way to grieve, and there are no short cuts around grief. Grieving is not a weakness, it's a necessity. It is how we experience healing and move forward.
While grief is an individual experience, you don't have to walk the journey alone.
In these 6 weeks we will gather together to share our stories, worship together, and help each other find healing.
