This event will be held on the lawn of VIBES, where you will pick up your shirts from Oak Glenn Gear. 

This is an event for ALL LEVELS that includes a fitness workout, yoga class, loving kindness meditation and time to connect at the end with coffee from VIBES very own Coffee Bar. Enjoy a special treat from Souba's, and a treat made by the Kindness Crew at There's No Place Like Home.

Once you sign up for the event on our app, we will reach out to you to get your T-Shirt size.

Cost is $55, all proceeds are given to the Mental Health Organization!
