Barre Core & Stretch

FREE CLASS (Limited Spots) This mixed-level workout is half Barre Core, half Barre Stretch. We'll start with 30 minutes of strengthening core muscles, including the abdominals/obliques, glutes and back. Followed by 30 minutes of stretching to increase blood flow and nutrient supply to your muscles, which can help your muscles recover from workouts faster, reduce muscle soreness, and prevent injury. (Sticky socks or bare feet are recommended.)
