However, each town they've visited has run them out due to their-- difficulties-- in putting on a great show. Now, in the last destination of their tour, they have just one chance to put on the best show ever seen, or its lights out on their dreams. However, the town of Fool's Wake is bizarre and as they try to reach the overall disconnected citizens of the town, someone--or something-- is out for their souls. Will they escape unharmed? Can they still enjoy the spotlight one last time, or will this be lights out on their dreams for good?A Dreadul Cabaret uses the horror TTRPG Dread As the narration device. Our performers must flex their improv skills as they try to navigate this semi-scripted horror tale all while playing a riveting game of Jenga! Any player who causes the tower to fall, will die in the game. Burlesque and drag routines are improvised depending on whether or not their characters survive to the end of the show. If they survive, they get to do the in character act they had planned.
