Taking place in the heart of Michigan on June 13, 2026, Summer Trail Fest Ultra (STFU) offers a 50K, Half Marathon, and 5 Mile—plus ruck divisions for all three distances. It’s convenient for runners and ruckers across the state, with Sleepy Hollow State Park located just 30 minutes north of Lansing.

Expect smooth, well-marked trails, generous cutoffs (20 min/mile for the 50K, 45 min/mile for the Half), well-stocked aid stations, and a welcoming course that’s ideal for first-timers, trail veterans, or anyone chasing a personal best. After you cross the finish line, celebrate with a lakeside STFU barbecue while cheering on your fellow finishers.
