In this class, students ages 9 to 15, will learn basic yoga poses, deep breathing and mindfulness in a fun and engaging way with their peers. Yoga is an amazing way to increase flexibility, internal and external strength, body awareness and coordination and confidence.
 
Cost: $85 for all five sessions 

Note: if you cannot attend all sessions you may purchase individual classes for $20 each.
