An immersive meditation, this Sound Bath uses instruments like drums, rattles, and singing bowls to guide you into deep relaxation and healing. Rooted in shamanic and traditional yogic practices, this practice will help you connect with the natural world and your higher self, clearing obstacles and restoring balance for inner peace and renewal. 

Wear comfortable clothing. If accessible to you, you will participate by lying on the floor with optional support (blankets, bolsters, sandbags, eye pillows).  Other accommodations are available.
Please note, sage or incense is regularly used during this practice.
