ABOUT THE SHOWOne of the most beloved comedies ever written arrives at the Wright Opera House as Kansas City's Open House Theatricals presents Harvey.

Winner of the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, Harvey tells the story of Elwood P. Dowd, a kind-hearted gentleman whose best friend happens to be a six-foot, three-and-a-half-inch tall invisible rabbit. As Elwood's family struggles to explain away his eccentric companion, a series of increasingly hilarious misunderstandings unfolds, challenging everyone to reconsider what is real, what is imagined, and what truly matters.

Filled with warmth, wit, and timeless charm, Harvey remains one of the theatre's most enduring celebrations of kindness, friendship, and the value of seeing the world a little differently.
