Kun elämässä on hetkiä, jolloin emme tunne kuuluvamme minnekään tai kun kieli ei riitä ilmaisemaan tunteita – liike ja tanssi voivat toimia sillanrakentajina.
Puentes de Folclore tarjoaa tilan, jossa voimme kohdata, jakaa ja löytää yhteyden toisiimme latinalaisamerikkalaisen kansantanssin kautta.

Tämä tapahtuma kutsuu yhteen oululaiset, maahanmuuttajat ja kaikki, jotka kaipaavat yhteyttä ja iloa yhteisöllisestä tekemisestä.
Tanssi toimii kielenä, joka ei vaadi sanoja – vain avoimuutta ja halua liikkua yhdessä.

14:00–14:30 | Tervetuloa ja hankkeen esittely
Tutustuminen ja lyhyt johdatus siihen, miten liike ja kansantanssi voivat vahvistaa yhteisöllisyyttä ja hyvinvointia.

14:30–16:00 | Liikeharjoituksia ja yhteysrytmien etsimistä
Ohjaaja Carmen Corvalán johdattaa osallistujat liikkeeseen ja latinalaisamerikkalaisiin kansantansseihin.
Painotus: yhteisöllisyys, liikkeen ilo ja kulttuurinen monimuotoisuus.

16:00–16:45 | Tauko, kahvi ja reflektio
Rauhallinen kahvihetki, jossa osallistujat voivat kirjata ajatuksiaan ja kokemuksiaan työpajasta kartonkilapuille – nimettömästi ja rennosti.

16:45–18:30 | Afrokuubalainen rytmi ja liike
Ohjaaja Geordanis Figuerola vie osallistujat afrokuubalaisen kulttuurin ja rytmin maailmaan – liike, energia ja yhteys.
18:00–19:00 | Päätöspiiri ja keskustelu
Yhteinen päätöshetki, jossa jaetaan kokemuksia ja keskustellaan siitä, miten tanssi voi lisätä yhteyttä ja hyvinvointia.

A veces hay momentos en los que sentimos que no encontramos nuestro lugar, o cuando el idioma no alcanza para expresar lo que llevamos dentro.
En esos momentos, la danza se convierte en un puente.
Este taller propone un espacio cálido, inclusivo y creativo, donde personas de diferentes culturas puedan encontrarse, moverse y sentirse parte de una comunidad.

14:00–14:30 | Bienvenida e introducción
Presentación del proyecto y del propósito de la danza como herramienta de conexión y bienestar.

14:30–16:00 | Movimiento y conexión grupal
Con Carmen Corvalán.
Exploración de diferentes estilos y movimientos tradicionales, promoviendo la alegría, la unión y la diversidad cultural.

16:00–16:45 | Pausa, café y reflexión
Durante la pausa, los participantes podrán escribir sus impresiones y emociones en tarjetas, de forma anónima y relajada.

16:45–18:30 | Ritmos y movimiento afrocubano
Con Geordanis Figuerola.
Una experiencia intensa de energía, raíces y conexión con el cuerpo desde la tradición afrocubana.
18:00–19:00 | Círculo final y diálogo
Momento para compartir experiencias y reflexionar sobre cómo la danza puede fortalecer el bienestar y el sentido de pertenencia.

? Toda la información de los participantes será tratada de forma confidencial y anónima.
No se requiere experiencia previa en danza – solo ganas de participar y conectar con otros.

There are moments when we feel we cannot find our place, or when words are not enough to express what we carry inside.
In those moments, dance becomes a bridge.
This workshop offers a warm, inclusive, and creative space where people from different cultures can meet, move, and feel part of a community.

Presentation of the project and the purpose of dance as a tool for connection and well-being.

14:30–16:00 | Movement and Group Connection
With Carmen Corvalán.
Exploring different traditional styles and movements, fostering joy, unity, and cultural diversity.

16:00–16:45 | Break, Coffee, and Reflection
During the break, participants can write their impressions and emotions on cards, anonymously and in a relaxed atmosphere.

16:45–18:30 | Afro-Cuban Rhythms and Movement
With Geordanis Figuerola.
An intense experience of energy, roots, and body connection through Afro-Cuban tradition.

18:00–19:00 | Closing Circle and Dialogue
A moment to share experiences and reflect on how dance can strengthen well-being and the sense of belonging.
