Wolf Full Moon Sound Bath Sessions

Each month I offer a limited number of Sound Bath Sessions and this month I am honouring January's magnificent Wolf Full Moon!

The Wolf Moon received its name because of the wolves that howl during the cold winter nights. Wolves howl to communicate with their pack and to protect their territory. The Wolf Moon offers us greater opportunity for deep self-reflection. We are being invited to take the time to explore the connection to our own “pack” and how our community supports and protects us.

The full moon symbolizes a time of release, completion, and heightened emotions. It is the perfect time to reflect inwards to determine the things that no longer serve you so you release them and call in your desires and intentions for the coming month.

What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is a meditative experience where attendees are “bathed” in sound waves. The sound waves are produced by various healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, the human voice itself, & more.

The sound waves don't necessarily have a catchy melody or rhythm like you may have experienced at a concert or listening to the radio but, instead, they are a carefully selected wash of instrument and voice with notable resonance and overtones aiming to help ease listeners into relaxation and help balance their energy.

Practical Details & Important Information:

These sessions are held in Nepean at my home. The closest major intersection is Greenbank/Huntclub. The exact address will be listed on your ticket. You will also receive a separate preperation email with parking instructions and additional info a few days before the event. We are a cat friendly home.
