Join us for a powerful exploration of the Wild Woman Archetype in this 2-hour workshop.

The Wild Woman lives in each of us— fierce, free, and unafraid to feel deeply.

This gathering is an invitation to meet her again.

Through movement, breath, sound, stillness, and ritual, we will explore what it means to reclaim your wild essence — the raw, instinctive wisdom that lives beneath the noise of everyday life.

This is an invitation to shed old stories, awaken your inner fire, and remember the power of your natural rhythm.

When we embody all parts of ourselves, we return to our wisdom, power, and aliveness.

This is more than a class — it’s a sacred invitation to embody your wholeness and step into the wild woman you are meant to be.

• Comfortable clothes for free movement (you’ll get warm + sweaty!)
• A water bottle to stay hydrated
• Journal
• Yoga mat and blanket

*We sometimes take a few casual photos to share the good vibes from our sessions. If you’d rather not be in any pictures, just let us know — we’ll make sure to respect that.
