Stretch is a DJ and producer who has played a vital role in the evolution of Jungle and Drum & Bass. 
Starting out on sound systems, house parties, and in clubs, his career took a defining turn after being introduced to Marc and Dego of 4Hero and the Reinforced Records camp, where he learned the foundations of his craft.
He released the iconic jungle anthem “Worries in da Dance”, first played at the legendary AWOL club, earning five reloads and leading to releases on DJ Ron’s A London Something Records, as well as Papa Lover and Hungry Tiger. Stretch has performed at some of London’s most respected jungle nights and venues including AWOL, Jungle Mania, Ministry of Sound, Fabric, The End, and toured worldwide DeeJaying for Reinforced, 4Hero across the UK, Europe, Japan, and the USA.
Founder of Rinsing Records and A-KO Recordings, Stretch now runs the relaunched AKO Beatz Brand, releasing both cutting-edge and classic jungle sounds. 
AKO recently celebrated 30 years, with Stretch continuing to DJ extensively and work in the studio.
