We will connect with the earth, with the beauty of nature, opening our hearts and connecting body and breath - flowing, stretching, moving, balancing. And then a special treat - a long integrating sound healing savasana to close. Guest sound healers will join as well who may also create a sound scape for us during yoga. Leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and connected within yourself. Cost: by donation, $25 suggested. A basket will be left out for your offering. Location: You will find us just west of the Ron Kolbus community center parking lot, just past the big willow tree. Parking at Britannia Park is almost always full and they DO ticket people - street parking on Grandeur Av is your best bet, and be sure to leave yourself sufficient time to arrive. What to bring: Be sure to wear comfy weather-suitable clothing, and bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Also bug spray and a blanket are good ideas too! It tends to be much colder and windy at the beach. Yoga can keep us warm but you'll want to bundle up for extended sound healing savasana.
