Meet the ChompSaw: A Kid-Safe Power Tool for Fun, Learning, and Creativity!

The ChompSaw makes cutting cardboard a breeze while keeping fingers, hair, and clothes safe! The possibilities are as big as your imagination! This introductory Chomp Shop class teaches kids how to safely use the child-safe table saw while having fun creating something of their own.

What to expect-

    •    We'll start by learning the basics of using the saw safely.
    •    Kids will practice cutting simple shapes out of cardboard, including straight lines, zigzags, squares, circles, and wavy lines using easy patterns.
    •    Once they've had some practice, everyone will make a cardboard phone or tablet holder to take home.

Saturday, October 1st, 1-2pm am
Cost: $15 per student
Preregistration suggested as we have limited spots.

Maximum of 5 students so everyone gets plenty of hands-on time. Hearing protection will be provided.

Recommend for ages 5–8 as a beginner class, but older kids are absolutely welcome too.

Parents are encouraged to stay, especially with younger children. We also have ear protectors for kids to wear in case the sound of the machine is too loud.

This is a very unique class that will teach your kids how to get comfortable using tools to help make their creative ideas come to life. Come join us!
