Menu: Traditional Thali Platter - A Medley of all the six different flavors of sweet, salt, bitter, sour, astringent and spicy on one single plate. According to Indian food serving customs, a proper meal should be a perfect balance of all these six flavours.
SOS Street Outreach Society is Ottawa’s largest volunteer Outreach bringing food, clothing and affirmation to our Most Vulnerable Persons, MVPs, who endure life living in chronic street homelessness. World renowned Chef & Humanitarian Visionary Joe Thottungal, creator of The Coconut Lagoon Franchise will demonstrate and share some master culinary arts with SOS Street Outreach Society Patrons in attendance.
Heidi Woods will share a brief personal story of homeless street life which began at age 15 and sing her inspiring message of hope to the world.
