These gatherings are an invitation to do just that.Together we'll explore gentle somatic movement, Kundalini Yoga, guided SOMA Breath, and practical techniques you can easily incorporate into everyday life. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, improve focus, sleep more deeply, or simply create a little more breathing room in your week, this session offers a welcoming space to slow down and reconnect.No previous experience with breathwork or yoga is necessary.
