Note, this session is also great for those considering Schulich's traditional MBA program, or anyone who wishes to gain a better understanding of Schulich's teaching and learning style. 

Session Description:

Globalization is the name of the game in the modern business world. Increasingly companies are recruiting talent from overseas, building out global networks, and collaborating with overseas partners. The implications for business are immense. To work and thrive in the global marketplace, a fundamental understanding of different approaches to leadership and decision-making is essential. In this master class, we will examine how leadership and management styles differ across cultures. Through a compelling mix of theory and real-world examples, participants will leave with a better understanding of the skills they will develop in the IMBA that will position them to succeed in Canada and abroad.

Presenters & Additional Details:

The Master Class will be delivered by International MBA Program Director, Thomas Medcof. As well, Hollis Sinker, Assistant Director, Recuitment & Admissions, will speak to the International MBA's program structure, admission requirements, travel and specialization opportunities, career paths, and financial aid opportunities. Continental breakfast will be available as this session takes place from 8:00 - 10:00 AM.
