Born in Sarnia, Ontario, at an early age he was immersed in the sounds of his father’s blues, rock, and R&B records. After discovering the music of Jimi Hendrix, he became enamoured with the sound of the guitar. This led him to further develop his palette of music influences to include artists such as The Police, Santana, Earth, Wind & Fire, The Meters, Parliament Funkadelic, Grant Green and a deep love for the genres of blues, jazz, soul, funk, afrobeat, pop, rock and reggae. The combination of these influences makes for an exciting fusion and inimitable style.
