As the days begin to lengthen and the earth gently awakens, we invite you to step into a nurturing, embodied space to pause, reflect, and realign. This intimate 2-hour workshop is a seasonal reset designed to help you review your intentions, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with your inner rhythm.

Rooted in holistic and natural healing, this experience weaves together sacred circle, somatic movement, drumming, guided reflection, and embodied practices that calm the nervous system and deepen intuition. The evening concludes outdoors with a sacred bonfire ceremony to release stagnant patterns, honour winter’s lessons, and welcome the returning light—within and around you.
