Born between the ancient mountains of Kosovo and the northern lights of Canada, Flutra Zymi is an actress, theatre director, and environmental activist whose life is a living tapestry of art, activism, and soul. For over two decades she has walked the path of healing through movement, dance, and the wild intelligence of plants — weaving body, breath, and nature into practices that open the heart and restore balance.

In this intimate workshop, Flutra will share her own journey of healing through plants and herbs, and guide you in aligning your inner energy centers — the chakras — through sacred embodiment. With gentle mudras (hand gestures), sound vibration, flowing asanas, and intuitive free movement, you’ll be invited to reconnect with yourself, the land around you, and the deeper pulse of life.

Because true healing begins when body, mind, heart, and spirit move as one.
