Bringing the viral scream club to Ottawa.

Bring water and whatever you need to
release. We gather, we scream - as loud or quiet, as long or short as you need.
This is a safe, sober space where
everyone's welcome. First time might feel awkward, that's normal.
Respect everyone's release, no filming others, and if your voice hurts take a break. You might leave feeling lighter, exhausted, or emotional - that's the point.
