Here are some guidelines for a 2-person team: 

?Race start is 0900 at SuzyQ Doughnut Robertson Rd 
Arrive early to eat a doughnut and be ready to go!

?Runner 1 runs to SuzyQ Doughnut on Wellington Street 
Eat a donut.  If you’d like, share a selfie with your donut. Runner 1 runs to SuzyQ Doughnut on St. Laurent Blvd
Meet up with Runner 2 and eat some doughnuts, take a selfie

? Runner 2 runs to SuzyQ Wellington Street
Eat a doughnut.  Take a selfie with your doughnut

? Runner 2 runs to SuzyQ Doughnuts Robertson Rd
This is the race finish!

? This is at your own risk. I will share a suggested route or make your own and be safe, follow rules of the road for pedestrians and remember there will be some high traffic areas. It should be just under 23km between the 3 locations.

Some ideas and relay alternatives:

?Figure out transportation back to Robertson Rd from St. Laurent or you could end here and head home
?Runner 1 could drive Runner 2's car or ride their bike (if team members are both comfortable with that)  back to the Robertson Rd. location once they finish on St. Laurent Blvd.
?You could run the whole thing yourself or have teams of 3 or 4 and have runners switch at Wellington as well as St. Laurent
?You don't actually have to eat this many doughnuts or any at all
?Run it backwards if it works out better for your team
?Hangout at SuzyQ Robertson Rd. after the event or head over to Mort's for pizza and drinks
