Led by yoga instructor and integrative life coach Naomi Elder, who specializes in nervous system regulation and helping people feel calmer, more present and more at home in their bodies.Together, we'll explore how your baby's nervous system is constantly taking cues from yours, and how small shifts in your own body can help both of you feel more settled.We'll also ease into gentle, accessible movement with your baby on the mat. No yoga experience is needed.Who can participate: Parents and caregivers with infants 2–18 months.When: Wednesday, August 19th, 2026 from 1:30pm–2:45pmWhere: 333 Churchill Avenue North, OttawaThe workshop takes place in the Resource Center of Children's Village of Ottawa-Carleton, located at the back of our building.
