Come and enjoy the beautiful outdoors as you connect with your body, your breath and your joy!   

Rebecca will lead an intermediate level vinyasa flow class for about 45 minutes, with an extended savasana with some sound healing treats added.

The pin marker for location is correct on computers but doesn't show up correctly from your phone (but its close).  We will be in the area west of the parking lot that is beside the community center.  There is a path running north/south just past the trees and we will be in the treed area along this path close to the bike path.  I'm hoping it will be shady enough.   You may want to consider parking on Grandeur Av as the beach parking lot can fill up on hot summer days.  

Cost is by-donation, suggested amount of $20

Be sure to bring comfy clothes suitable for the weather, your yoga mat, and water!  Bug spray and a blanket may be useful too.
