Long Run on the Ironman Ottawa Course

It’s one week to Ironman Ottawa so we will celebrate by doing this weeks LSD on the Ironman course. We will start at the run /start and finish Majors Hill Park. Meet by Tavern on the hill. Course is out and back so you can choose your own distance. Map to follow.
