To kick off Suicide Awareness Month, we want everyone to join us Sunday August 31st to cover downtown Ottawa in positive messages to help anyone who may be struggling. Let's bring hope and fill the community with inspiration, for anyone who may need it?
A few of us will be meeting at Washington Park at 2pm to start chalking, making our way down to the Jordan Block. Please come join us, or even stop by anytime throughout the day to add your own positive messages. Please bring some chalk if possible as it goes pretty quickly, but we will have extra?

We will be taking photos of our artwork and uploading it with the hashtag #LetsChalkAboutMentalHealth
