We will provide all the tools, supplies and instruction - you bring the pants that need heming. No zipper replacements will be undertaken in this workshop.This is a beginner friendly workshop. Your registration includes 3 hours of instruction plus the materials and equipment to learn to mend. By the time you leave, you will feel more confident in your ability to mend those pants that might otherwise have ended up in a landfill.Your instructors are all experienced and avid sewists and menders. You may know them from our super popular Repair Cafés. They look forward to sharing their knowledge and having fun sewing with you.NOTES:a) Workshops are transferable to another person and only refundable if we have people on the waiting list who can take your spot. Please make sure this date works with your schedule.b) Member-rate tickets are reserved for current Ottawa Tool Library members.
