Memberships may be exchanged for another night subject to availability.The name on the receipt/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?As long as you have your membership card, you are OK.I got my email receipt a few weeks ago but I haven't received my membership card yet. Should I be worried?No need to worry, you are OK. Your email receipt indicates that you successfully obtained memberships for the night of your choice. Membership cards are mailed out before the first night of the series, usually in early September.Will I get a tax receipt if I donate to OFS?The Ottawa Film Society is a non-profit organization, not a registered charitable organization, so we regret that we cannot issue tax receipts.
