After August 30, 2026, we may not have enough time to email you the teaching materials before the class begins. 🧘‍♂️ Content and What You’ll Learn • Ancient Roots — Connect with the history and lineage of these healing traditions. • Instructor Presence — Cultivate the mindset and heart of a true Medical Qi Gong teacher. • Purpose & Vision — Shape your mission as a healer and guide. • Ethics & Integrity — Walk the path with compassion, clarity, and respect. • Community Leadership — Learn to organize meaningful Qi Gong events that bring people together. • Safety & Awareness — Understand how to protect yourself and your students. • Healing Techniques — Strengthen your foundation in Medical Qi Gong, Five Element Palm, Acupressure, and Energy Healing. • Teaching with Heart — Develop the skills to demonstrate clearly and help students truly understand the material. 🎓 Certification & Continued Practice The requirements/conditions to be fulfilled to obtain a Level 1 Qi Gong instructor certificate are as follows: 1) demonstrate a proficiency in performing each exercise that forms part of the Level 1 class (i.e., preparation, warm-up, eight health investment exercises, Three Treasurers, Qi Gong for Hormones and closing exercises) 2) demonstrate a proficiency in providing detailed instructions to students as to how to perform each of the above exercises, 3) complete a project (the content of which is agreed upon between you and Philip) that is related to the instruction or teaching of the Level 1 exercises - e.g., completing part of the instructor manual for teaching the exercises, recording voice instructions for the exercises on the new Level 1 Medical Qi Gong, preparing the new Level 1 teaching video, co-ordinate workshop etc. 4) complete a satisfactory number of hours instructing a class of students on how to do the exercises in Level 1, 5) discuss with Philip and agree to follow the PHILIP LAI Qi Gong instructor's code of ethics, 6) active participation in the planning meetings, managing and administrating the Qi Gong class, 7) at least 200 hours formal Qi Gong, Acupressure and Energy Healing training from Master Philip Lai,( up to 100 of these hours may be credited if you have completed other equivalent courses in Qi Gong and energy work, such as Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Martial Art, Reiki, Acupuncture, Massage, TCM, Training) 8) estimated time frame 1.5 - 2 years.
