Description:
Join Dana for an all-levels yoga practice to celebrate summer and full moon. 
This fun, playful practice will blend gentle movements, postures, and stretching. Bring your mat and we will meet you at Lansdowne! 

Bio:
Dana has been teaching in Ottawa for over 10 years. Her classes are inquisitive, playful and reflective. Expect to joyfully blend asana with breath, sound and meditation.  
Her background in yoga, energy healing and somatic therapy encourages a holistic and embodied experience on the mat. 
Dana’s approach to yoga is to balance the body/heart/mind so one’s true nature as peaceful and joyful shines through.

Biographie
Dana enseigne à Ottawa depuis plus de dix ans. Ses cours stimulent la curiosité, le ludisme et la réflexion. Profitez de diverses postures de yoga allégrement combinées grâce à la respiration, aux sons et à la méditation.
Les connaissances en yoga, en guérison par l’énergie et en thérapie somatique de Dana favorisent une expérience holistique et intrinsèque.
L’approche de Dana en yoga vise à équilibrer le corps, le cœur et l’esprit afin que votre nature réelle, pacifique et joyeuse puisse rayonner.
