Participants can choose to pay the $120 ticket price in full at registration or select our two-payment option: $60 now and $60 at a later date.If you select the payment-plan option, details regarding the deadline and method for your remaining payment will be provided after registration.Please note that selecting the instalment option is a commitment to the full $120 ticket price. The first $60 payment is not a standalone ticket or deposit. Cancelling your registration after making your first payment does not waive the remaining balance.🎟️ Refund, Cancellation & Transfer PolicyDue to the upfront costs and limited capacity associated with this private event, all registrations and payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to both tickets paid in full and tickets purchased through the instalment option.If you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible. Once you cancel your registration, you are releasing your spot, and it may be offered to someone on our waitlist or made available for another participant to purchase.If your spot is subsequently filled by another participant, this does not entitle you to a full or partial refund, reimbursement, or credit/discount toward a future WoCRW event.Once a cancelled spot has been reassigned, we cannot guarantee that it can be returned to the original participant if their plans change.
