- **Event Description**: Welcome to the LAB… Caribbean edition!! As we continue to explore the urban rhythm of the diaspora!About this EventIt was only a matter of time before we spend some time with our family from the islands. With this Caribbean Edition, we will explore how their music can add some flavor to your urban kiz. This is an urban kiz workshop open to ALL KIZOMBA dancers. Whether you’ve just been introduced to kizomba, or you are a seasoned dancer, this workshop is for you. The LAB is a space where you will use what you know, and apply it to music styles that wouldn't normally be associated with kizomba music. This exercise will sharpen your musicality, exploration, and playfulness on the dancefloor.Included in the experience, we have added an extra hour of practice/mini socials for the LAB participants, so you can spend some time massaging the concepts taught during the lab.
